Default Fiat Doblo 1.6 2004 problem

    Hi, m8s!
Driving speed gauge is lying. When the car is driving at 10-20 km/h it shows 50-60 km/h and so on.
The speedometer needle moves smoothly, the speed sensor on gearbox was changed to new one.
I think that something wrong is with dumps inside. The car had problem with voltage overloading (18-20 V) because of defective generator. Maybe dump in cluster was damaged.
I want to try overwrite the dumps and test. Can somebody help with dups, please?

Do I ask the customer if he changed the tires for another rim?

Because of tires it can't lie so much. When you drive in the town about 50 km/h it shows 200 km/h
