Default Box office / ppv channels

Hi ive got the star view 5. I get sky movies + sport. I wanted to watch the boxing on ppv and switched over to the relevant channel. All i saw was a still image and information on how to order it. Does anyone know how to get round this as it really F**ked me off as i had mates round.
