    Default vw caddy

    1.9 diesel. s reg 98. been bought as salvage no key. changed ecu , key pickup and key. but still will not start, do i have to change anything else.. thanks

    has that one got a seperate immo or is it stored in the speedo

    you need the ignition barrel and key, immobiliser ecu and engine ecu all off the same car if you havnt got vcds.

    or the change the ignition barrel and key, and immobiliser ecu ( off the same car ) . and then adapt your engine ecu to the new immo

    can you tell me were the immo ecu is located please

    the immo ecu is usually located behind the instrument panel towards the centre console. also worth checking you have glow lamp illuminated on ignition
