    Default Peugeot & Citroen DocBackup - service problem

    Hello.

    I have a problem with Peugeot DocBackup 2009-4 & Citroen DocBackup 2009-3.

    After installation (with time crack) run both programs without problems. If I close the DocBackup tray icon or restart computer, it will no longer start (tray icon remains gray).
    I think it is a problem with the DocBacup system service.
    It is configured to start automatically. But it starts never, the status is "terminated" after every windows or programm restart. When I try to start it manually with windows service console, I get an error message "Error 1067: The process was unexpectedly quit."
    If I try to start the service manually with the "startService.bat", I get error message "The DocBackup service was launched, but failed to start."

    I have tested it on Windows XP Pro SP3 (all Updates / Hotfixes installed) with installed Sun JRE 1.6.16, on a VMWare machine (also WinXP Pro SP3 with and without Sun JRE), date setback to April 2009 or current date, with date crack and without and and and....

    Why the DocBackup service will not run here?

    hello, i have the same problem
    I just install the software, and when i lunch
    the program, only gray icon show's
    and internet explorer try to connect to
    http://127.0.0.1:6090/docbackup

    but, no connection?!

    guys i have the same problem with 2 different computers both on windows 7 but i have a message from the peugeot icon " the application is not activated, uninstall it". after that it doesn't allow the service to start .

    the latest java has nothing to do with it because it installs its own version in folder "\program files\DocBackupJRE"

    There is something else wrong....
