service ranger unlock code?

Does anybody have the unlock code for CD473210C7FDCCAD
i updated it to the 2010 version and it was working for a couple of weeks - now it asked for unlock code - i tried uninstalling and re-installing the 2008 version and using the gen for 3.0 still dont work. I deleted all the program files that i could find for this when i uninstalled it. how do you clean registry in XP?

You can delete Registry files on XP go to RUN ,regedit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE look for the file EATON right click and delete. hope this helps

Thanks - I did that and deleted the registry, re-installed service ranger 2008, used the gen for it and it still says invalid unlock code - any ideas?
