All key lost! Need Toyota Celica 2004 virgin Dump

I got a customer who lost all the keys for Toyota Celica 2004, please tell me which eeprom need to be desolderered and re-flashed.

Please share the dump file with me!

Thank you for your reply,
Later I found out that what the customer has is an after market keyless entry module.

I did know that until the mechanic bring the vehicle to my garage!
