2014 Porsche bcm damage

How I can get virgin files instead of paying for a new expansive bcm?

Do you know what modules I need to read?
Ecu, rear bcm, tcu?! Elv(if there is one)?!

Also what to read and how to calculate new file

I can have the car tow to me and work on it

I only know rear bcm and ecm have the ISN and it is the same. The other ISN (for keys) was in the d-flash that got wiped. I do not have a virgin file for it. I would contact 3rd party to recreate dflash and they will tell you what other things they need.

I linked one place in post #25. There are many offering the service, but those the only ones I know got the job done.

I spoke with that guy and he can’t help, I trying to find someone to make me a good file if I read the rear bcm , ecu and tcu but non so far

Why not just order new BCM instead of messing so much with that car? Time is money, isnt it? It's been long time trying to resolve this problem already. As far as I know Porsche BCM are not so expensive as many people think

Probably no access to PIWIS(with online access) to code it, that is a little more difficult to get. But yes I'd take the new BCM route at this point as it's a guaranteed fix with a guaranteed amount of money to fix it.
