I need the GM Tech2 Software for Windows.

I am in need of the GM Tech-2 software for a 2008 Chevy Impala 3.5L v6. I will most likley need to replace the ECU. This impala has serious electrical demons. It will go into limp mode and then can be reset with no issues until the demon strikes again and then sometimes the tachometer and speedometer just stop working. it will output P0651 Sensor Reference Voltage B Circuit / Open. P0010 A Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit / Open Bank 1. P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Bank 1 or Single Sensor. P0480 Fan 1 Control Circuit.
