Anybody can supply key cutting code for Maxus deliver 9 2023 or can advise what lishi tool can decode the lock?

You could also use toy40 tool , however saic ldv uses instacode card 1450 , toy40 uses ic card 1510 , the difference is the cut heights are reversed , so if using toy40 pick you may have to reverse the cut heights you read , so reading of 4 becomes 1 , 3 becomes 2 , 2 becomes 3 and 1 becomes 4 , the 2 cards are almost identical bar the reversed heights.

instacode tells you the difference between the 2 cards , search on instacode for saic , then ldv and you will see it , then look at toy40 ic card 1510 , you will understand when viewing the 2 cards.

for key code you would need a saic motors dealership who deal with ldv, most likely a china reseller
