what was vin and what was pin code you tried

No one can help you without the vin number and without knowing what pin you tried

on 2004 model the pin code is normally the old pin code derived from the last 6 digits of the vin number , some dealers used to change this to last 6 digits of vin , but most will be derived from last 6 digits of the vin

all pin calculators will give you that pin , you can try rokibar sugestion above , you can try last 6 digits of vin and same reversed
if someone has changed pin then could be anything , even seen 123456 .

Yes, the customer just told me that the engine has been replaced over the years. So i guess the ECU is also replaced.
Is there any change to get it direct from the ecu?
    ecu part number is:

    KEFICO
    9 030 930 494F A2
    SAH4IS12
