    Default MV Agusta Brutale 920 dashboard swap

    I posted in dashboard forum, but maybe this is the best:

    Hello,
    Is possible to change the dashboard?? I have one with LCD broken. I bought one on Ebay but doesnīt start. Or.... is possible swap some icīs?? Maybe only the ATMLH208?? I saw that is the PIC16F???

    Yes PIC16F is the memory device for this dashboard, swapping it should get it starting. I would probably read the PIC on the original and write the donor personally because I prefer to avoid removing/refitting too many times on any SMD/BGA component. Tmpro in particular can r/w these in circuit.

    I did it... but know the bike starts well, but then when accelerate it fails.... With old dashboard no. The bike is a 920 and the donor dash is from a 990. Maybe the other eeprom??
