2016 Ferrari ff all keys lost

Hi it passible to make key when all keys lost?

the blade will be SIP22 it's one of the most easiest lock to picking
if it's the old system then very simple job id48 with simple fiat BSI like punto or similar easy peasy
if it's the new then will be 4A smart key, Chrysler-FCA system like the Fiat Freemont or 500x (in different case) but i don't think any tool currenty able to programming keys.
