Default e39 LCM IIIB software problem

hello, i have a '98 e39 528i EU LHD and i want to mount the celis (oem LED) rear tail lights (i got a pair from a '03 e39)

it originally had a LCM II. so i bought a used LCM IIIb, here the codes on the label:

    BMW 6915919
    086946057 022392 06
    HW: 02
    SW: 4.3

after the install the voltage on the taillight was max 12v with engine on (as it should be).
then i recoded the vin and the mileage with pa soft.

i noticed that the turn lights were not working i decided to recode the LCM via GT1. after this procedure the voltage reduction on the taillights disappeared and i got 14v on them.

i then tryed then to recode it, did the retrofit procedure for the leds via GT1/dis and also on SSS Progman
i also verifyed that the led function was on via NCS expert

nothing helped.. the lcm just wont decrease the led voltage anymore

so my last solution as the lcm was working at the beginning:

does anyone have the original DUMP of this LCM so i can fix the problem?

    Thanks!

i did the backup only after the coding with DIS, so the backup is already "wrong"
