Help with Telecharge (Diagbox clone Full Chip)

Hi to all.

Someone can tell that if exist any chance to make a Telecharge (online) with a Full Chip Diagbox Interfase (clone), I have some problem with an old Citroen Berlingo 2 (BERLINGO VP (M59) 1.6 i 16v 110 (TU5JP4) CVM 5 )

A friend of mine comes with all lights ON on the Dashboard, he told me that he already change the BSI and also the Dashboard, but still have all lights ON. I tested with my Diagbox and fix a few and for 3 or 5 second all the lights disappear but them will turn ON again, I try with a manual telecharge and after finish have the same result, so I try again with online Telecharge but the software said Error 114 after 30 %.

Somebody told me that I´ll need to upgrade the BSI software, but how I will do that, right now the BSI software version is 18.03 and is an Siemens 9649627780

I don´t know from where the image comes, maybe when I copy and paste the info of the Berlingo to give the exactly model was copied to, now I trying to remove it but I can´t.
