2016 Honda HRV BCM Bricked, please need help!

I need help please.
I was working on my brother's car 2016 Honda HRV. The problem is that the ECM gives an message on the cluster "STARTER problem", something to that, so I jumped the Relay with the wire, and the car starts, but the light remains ON. So I decided to change the ECM. I did change the VIN, but the smart keyless key NOT, it doesn't accept it ( I did hundreds of HONDA with no issue, but this one only problems), anyway, I chose an a option to Autel IM608 Reset ECU, or BCM, I don't remember, and now the car is dead, no lights except the hazard lights.

I was able to read the BCM, the eeprom and the FLASH, and can somebody help me to check the bin file if it's corrupted or someone can help to make the BCM alive, I need it, because also the driver window is low, and I can't leave it open.

Please I need help.

Please someone can help me. or if someone have bin files for this BCM, so I can write to my BCM and program it as used one. All I need is wake up the car.

I was able to turn ON the Ignition, and programmed the key.
