C220 W204 OM651 Replace ECU

Hi guys
I have to replace an ecu on a Mercedes CDI c220 W204 engine OM651 from 2010.
The vehicle has already had its Piezoelectric type injectors replaced with Selenoid type injectors.
The Original ECU is a CRD2.61 PIEZOTEC and the one that needs to be installed (the part number has already been confirmed by the people at Mercedes Benz via VIN) is a CRD2.16 SOLENOID.


Ktag reads and writes both but I don't know if it is completely.
I also read that it may be necessary to install a prior Virginization in the ECU to be installed (CRD2.16 SOLENOID).
Does anyone know the correct procedure for replacing this ECU?
