2013 Jaguar XF BCM DX23-14b476-ad unable to find smart key

greetings mates

I am working on 2013 jaguar xf saloon

I have VVDI, SDD newest and ACDP

This car arrived from auction to me, i thought BCM (dx23-14b476-ad) would be corrupt so i read eeprom from bcm but everything is fine. eeprom is 2kb and contains all part # and vin # and dflash is blank

When i try to start i get unable to find smart key message and if i hold key to the antenna i get key error message. can not turn on ignition

When I try to configure BCM as new in SDD I get error cannot write target identifier

I try to reprogram keys with sdd but also same result.

Anyone can help me fix this car? I have 2 with same problem. PM for whatsapp
