Hello everyone,
As in the title, I have a problem with loading. The alternator supplies 20v voltage, but charging does not reach the 12v or 48v battery.
In the hybrid system, I have error B16331F - Starter/generator controller Open circuit.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to the diagram and I don't really know where to look for the problem.

If one or a combination of the listed DTC's are set please follow actions under "Service". These DTC's are only set as information related to the voltage level by the ISGM but not indicating a fault with the ISGM hardware: P0A9400, P0A9400, U012000, U012000, B163916, B163917, B163301, B163301, B163001, B163917, B163001, B16331F, B16331F, B163916. Analysis of replaced ISGM units from the field usually shows no fault found.
