Audi Q7 2008y EZS All keys lost problem/corrupted mcu

Hello. I have a problem with Audi Q7 2008y. EZS hw: 4F0905852F sw: 4F0910852B MC9s12dg256 The car came to me with all the keys lost. I tried to do it via OBD, but to no avail. I dismantled the EZS to add a key via dump with Autel im508, but the car still does not see the key and does not start. Could someone take a look at the mcu reading? I think I may have damaged the mcu file by trying to add the key via OBD. Attached is the EZS and ECU reading, please help, thank you in advance.
