Vw 6Q0909605E 0003 error HW/SW 05 17 file needed

VW airbag 6Q0909605E with 0003 error control module malfunction. I am also getting a 00532 supply voltage lower limit not reached passive/sporadic error.
Trying to read eeprom and reprogram with new clean file.

read the eeprom 95320 and post file here

I think my file or eprom is bad. Its not all 00 or FF but I will remove eprom and retry. Here is what I got.

Yes I did not get any valid data of eprom. I have bought a new eeprom so looking for original file.
