You need to open the channel with a device such as obd star or keytoll pro max.information sharing

2014 Transit Custom incode
You need a onboard 4D remot key if you don’t have the right tool to access the channel to program the second remote as Richard mentioned above…if it’s still tibbi blue key I highly recommend genuine key… if it’s hu101 aftermarket remot key with on board transponder working great… not that cheap though but last long..
