I have a 206 1.6 HDI 110 16v from 2005, can anyone help me with adding POPCORN and HARDCUT limiter at 5000 rpm ? How aggressive can be done done being "safer" for the engine ?

you can use stage x mappack to do this and depending when timing chain was last done determines how aggressive you should have it as the vibrations- i usually do either a 5 or 10 rpm drop
