Default Toyota corrola hybrid fault help

    Hi Guys
I have in a 2021 Toyota corolla hybrid, the fault is hybrid system overheating. There is plenty of coolant in and the 12v coolant pump is new and working as it should. I have the following fault codes.
P0A001c Hybrid/EV electronics coolant temp sensor circuit, supply voltage out of range.
P0AED1C Motor-generator (MG2) inverter temperature sensor - supply voltage out of range.
Has any 1 encountered these faults before, also does any body know where the temperature sensor for the inverter is located. I am starting to think that its part of the inverter/converter unit.
    Thanks in advance

The fault codes indicate problems with the temperature sensors for the hybrid system's cooling circuit (likely built into the inverter/converter unit).
    Steps:

    1. Check wiring/connectors: Look for damage or loose connections.
    2. Verify 12V supply/ground: Ensure the sensors are getting proper voltage and grounding.
    3. Inspect coolant flow: Ensure no airlocks or blockages in the cooling loop.
    4. Test with a scanner: Use Toyota Techstream to check live data from the sensors.

If the issue persists, the inverter/converter unit might need replacement as the sensors are typically integrated.
