Thank, but I just tried 0293, unfortunately didn’t work. Radio went back into locking mode. Guess for an hour more. Damn…

Rechecked S/N and that’s correct.

Followed this and it was quite simple:

Switch radio ON - display shows "Cod"
Press Preset " 1 " and the display will show "0 0 0"
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st digit ("1" or "0", "0"is always BLANK)
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th digit
If the correct code number is now shown press tuning up button "^" to enter

As far as I can see the first digit can only be 0 or 1 for these old radios.
So I can’t input 6 as the first unfortunately. 😔

Any other suggestions? 🤞
