RFHM Mopar fix

Hi got this module from fiat 500x that was water damage , I clean and fix same traces , but at the moment I was in the car and try to get ignition alive it smells burn inside the car from BCM .
There was people fixing a bumper width hot air , and I think at first it was from there
2 weeks later the car died again
And I got this component mark as " AM " i think is a diode but can"t find reference

Any tips ?
