    Default xprog hc05 problem

Hello ! I have an xprog m (china clone) and i've manage to read a hc05 (0D62J) but i cannot write it. I have soldered the mcu on adapter. Can anyone point me the right direction to write this mcu ? I've tried different osc values but still nothing

    Try this:
    MCU ------- XPROG
    PIN 8 RDI >--B3
    PIN 10 TDO>-B2
    PIN 19 PD4>-B4
    PIN 20 VDD>-VCC
    PIN 21 PD3>-B6
    PIN 30 /RESET>-B5
    PIN 31 /IRQ>-VppR
    PIN 34 TCAP1>-B7
    PIN 58 VSS>-GND

XTAL on pin 28, 29 (put 4MHZ crystal)

In Options->Enviroment->Device Check if the oscilator frequency it's the same as you have on circuit
