where did you read this file from on the car as it looks very wrong there are only two lines of data in it there should be lots more

read from ecu ,no immo box.thought it might be corrupt.do you have a good file

did you look around the ignition for the immo as it may be connected to there as a lot of them are look in if it is black cover on top immo info is in there if it is white it is in ecu and if it is white then read the ecu again as it is wrong read for key data

Hi ,
The data you have read is certainly from the eeprom 93C56 in the engine ECU which is the synchronization data.
In 1998 toyota AVENSIS, the key datas are stored in the 68HC05E motorolla MCU fitted in the amplifier coil around the ignition switch.
Kindly read the data and send with the key logic to be written

sorry my mistake,has got immo on ig switch.have read this as 05e6 with upa.could not read with omega as 705e6

Something gets me confused, i think 05e6 is not the same as 68HC05E motorolla MCU. 05e6 is more like 0f82b, if it is, please show me how you read with upa-usb as i have not been able to use mine. i have issues reading the chip with all programmers i have

this is dump from immo on ig switch.i have keys but no start.i use a friends zed bull to check,but says is wrong file .i would like a reset file or a matched set ecu/immo.or some one to write keys into this dump.i have a matched set from an avensis but we think this has 4c chips.is it possible to write my keys to this immo/ecu
