need help on Citroen BP PF1, and Renault Delphi

hi to all, i need help on this two car radio please,
the first is an BP citroen PF1, i want to know where is located the eeprom, on the data base i find that is an 93C46, but i don't find it, i find some Ic neer of the panel, wroten on it 33074 is that the eeprom ??
and the second is and renault by Delphi, PN; 7421197245 i need a dump with cde off
