Thank you. Do you have a flash file? It seems the new problem I had is that I do not have a compatible flash file so the steering wheel was locked. It may be relevant to ELV.

Update: I have finally got someone to help write the EEPROM and Flash onto the CAS. Tried to sychronise ELV with a diagnostic tool and reset ECU. Now the car works except that the steering wheel is still locked. There is no code on the car. Used a diagnostic tool to check the car and found that there is no ELV failure counter so probably the flash file I used was still not correct.
I am thinking what I should do now. There are two ways that I can think of:
1) get a flash file that may deactivate the ELV
2) take off the ELV from the steering column so I don't have to worry about the ELV anymore.
Does anyone has similar experience who may be able to share how they fix this? Thank you.
