yes i did indeed the steps when the code 12344 is on screen i press RDS ,it shows "wait" in the screen and show the word "code" with flashing C again
i travel a lot and need the radio ; im confused i dont know what to do

If the display continually shows "WAIT" then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset, details of which can be found below.

By the way the user manual show the code 41142 but it's not working too

Its impossible to send the radio to you for fixing because I'm in tunisia, is there a solution for hard reset and re-enter the cods? Like by remove the fuse or the battery, something like that?

I pushed two bottons simultaneously (by luck) the radio redirected me to another hidden menu it shows the radio type 3100IMG20240411184559.jpgIMG20240411184559.jpg, SEA S1018436, SW 26/99 (like in the photos)
SEA is it mean short for serial??
