Ford Transit 2011 BCM problem U3000

Hi to all i have Ford Transit year 2011
BCM number 8C1T-14A073-BG
With error U3000, light and warnig light is on when ignition is on.
It's possible repair software?
Or is hardware problem?
Post dump of 9s12dg256 eeprom and flash.

This HW problem not SW.
Buy used BCM, clone old and all ok
