Default Recoding keys on CB1000R ECU

    Hello,

having troubles with my ECU (many lost of ignition on cylinder 1-4) on Honda CB1000R Motorbike (137 000 Km), i decide to change ECU (38770-MFN-F01) with a second-hand one.

Of course my old keys won't be able to start my engine.

Looking to this forum, i understand that key codes are stored in an EEPROM (93A66) in the ECU.

I plan to dump EEPROM of my old ECU, search for key code, dump EEPROM from my new ECU, rewrite key code in the new bin file and flash old ECU.

I plan to do all these operations with https://github.com/aeaphichart/HondaECU-1/tree/master project using ODB protocol.

May i have your opinion on this operation ?

    Thank you
