Clio iv 2015 wake up when is parked

Hi , have this clio 2015 1.5 dci that when is parked sometimes after a while you can here noise at the engine like card is in slot and waiting to start and also cluster is on 2.

If unlock and try to start ,i cant ,need to remove battery terminal for a while and after i can.
Diag only fault is A05985 column lock protection. (launch)

Remove lock (esl) and put emulator and problem is there. No hands free entry car and have android after market radio.

Any ideas what cause this?

Hi, maybe the cann cube is causing problems, the multifunction device often does problems, it drains the battery
I'm talking about the Android radio, steering wheel button control
