you can not make immo-off for this vehicle from immobox dump, what happened before the problem started? loss of key? change of ecu? did you run a diagnostic to confirm the DTC? please give more information, am sure i can help you out with this.

I saw this somewhere though it did not work for my car, you may try it out

THE FOLOWING NEEDS TO BE DONE FAST.IF 10 SECONDS OR MORE ELAPSE BETWEEN STEPS,YOU WILL NEED TO START ALL OVER AGAIN.
PREPARE VEHICLE BY HAVING ALL DOORS CLOSED DRIVER'DOOR OPEN AND UNLOCKED.
1.STICK THE KEY IN THE IGNITION IN AND OUT 2 TIMES WITHOUT TURNING IT .
2.CLOSE AND OPEN DOOR 2 TIMES ENDING IN OPEN DOOR.
3STICK THE KEY IN THE IGNITION IN AND OUT 1 TIME WITHOUT TURNING IT.
4.CLOSE AND OPEN DRIVER'S DOOR 2 TIMES ENDING IN OPEN DOOR.
5.STICK KEY IN THE IGNITION (DO NOT TURN OR REMOVE KEY)
    6.CLOSE DRIVER'S DOOR.
7.TURN THE KEY ON AND OFF IN
    THE IGNITION.
8.REMOVE KEY FROM THE IGNITION.(IF ALL WENT WELL ALL DOORS WILL LOCK AND UNLOCK AUTOMATICALLY TO LET YOU KNOW THE SYSTEM IS READY TO ADD A REMOTE)
9.PRESS BOTH LOCK AND UNLOCK BUTTON ON THE REMOTE FOR 1 SECOND
    10. WITHIN TWO SECONDS PRESS AND RELEASE LOCK BUTTON.AT THIS TIME THE VEHICLE WILL HONK OR BEEP TWICE TO LET YOU KNOW IT HAS ACCEPTED THE NEW REMOTE.

You can program an additional key into the Avensis 1998 - 06/2000 by following this sequence:
Open driver's door and insert programmed black key into ignition. Close door.
    1). Within 15 seconds
Switch ignition on and off 4 times.
    Switch ignition on.
Open and close the driver's door.
    2). Within 20 seconds
Open and close driver's door 5 times.
    Remove key from ignition.
    3). Within 10 seconds
Insert black key to be programmed into ignition.
Switch on and leave for 1 minute.
    Remove key.
Repeat step 3 for further keys.
To exit programming open and close the driver's door.
If your key is grey in colour then it cann't be used to program additional keys.

I have not read the dump in my ECU, but is it not better to make ECU virgin?
