Default F30 DME issue after flashing (EEPROM corruption)

Hi everyone. After very bad modifications with the DME(flashing 320 n20 dme to the 428 stage 2, then we flashed with the 328 stage 2), when trying to flash to stock we got the drivetrain error ( incorrect data). Other guys told me that the eeprom information was corrupted. We find another car with n20 320(new EEPROM bin file from xDrive, mine is RWD) change the ISN, VIN and flash to stock with esys. When using esys to flash, we had the same incorrect data record error. We decided to use Bitbox to flash the car to 32o stock, and somehow it worked.
With this information we understood that when flashing with the esys, the coding on the DME was not be saved. After every reboot the values changed to default and that was the reason of the incorrect data record error. When using the Bitbox, it works but I had 1 error on DME 1F2802 (DME: Software invalid). After some time I got an error about the low level of oil. I solved it and from the NBT the error dissapeared. But after a few weeks I diagnosed the car and the error regarding the oil and DME still present. What do you think, how can we solve this situation. I have the corrupted eeprom information, and the new one. If it can help I can attach them.
The general error code is 1f2802. How to proceed?

    Thanks!

If the DNE is the same, can I assuma that the EEPROM from n26 328XI is the same for N20 320I?
