Hello,
Yesterday I installed a dpf off file on my Audi using KESS clone, now I have the problem that I can no longer access the ecu, the vehicle starts and drives. My attempts to read or write always comes "wrong security code"
I tried to play back the original and it doesn't work either

try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes

Recovery works with MPPS and Kess, as Luigi said disconnect battery for 10 minutes or sometimes leave ignition on for 20 minutes works.

If all else fails recover with BDM read

You can also get wrong security code if you choose K-line and not CAN, vise versa.

Maybe he got file from unknown source and included Security code changed to lock ecu.

Its normal! ou have to keep ignition on for 30 min and lock will go away.......that happens also to stock ecu with no mod files. its known " issue" for this type of ecu. if u dont wanna wait u can always go bdm or bench.
