Ducati Monster Please help key code

I'm having trouble with the keycode for my ducati s4r, so any help would be appreciated.

I want to change the keycode of DashBoard's eeprom (24C02).
I used the zed bull to get the key data.
However, I don't know where to change eeprom (24C02).

The contents of eeprom (24C02) are Attached Files
Here is the key data displayed in zed bull

from

to
DATA : 5F 00 00 80 1A BF 62 7D

My bike's meter broke, so I got a used meter and key.
So I wanted to change the Immo data of the meter.

Do you know how to do checksum calculation?
