VW Caddy 2017 Electrical Issues

Evening gents,

Father's caddy is being a pain, struggling to get to the bottom of this, needles haystacks etc, here goes:

VW Caddy 2017 2.0TDI

Everything fine, then ignition on one day:

Interior fan inoperative
Main beam headlight inoperative when pushing stalk forward, but flashing with pulling works
Parking sensors inoperative
NOx sensor inoperative

VCDS- no codes. It can however operate output tests on parking sensors with no issues. Also can flash main beam on output tests.

Nothing going to the X15 (644) relay from the BCM. Bridging the relay powers up the interior fan but other faults remain.

Seems to be a common problem from looking around. I know others have changed the BCM only to find it made no difference. Too many people don't post fixes for their problems....

Any thoughts?

Any modules offline?
Find wiring diagrams for the car and check. Maybe you will find a common point causing all the issues.

FIXED:-

Corrupted coding in the 09 Central Electrics (J519) Module.
Rewrote the coding back to as stored from an old VCDS log- everything brought back to life.

Musings of possible reasons- New battery fitted in between times, as the old one was sluggish starting. Could a faulty/ occasionally internally shorting battery affect coding?? Who knows.

I had similar issues with the parking sensors and reverse lights. Erasing error codes solved the problem for me.

Used VCDS clone on this car ever? Uwe M. Ross has developed a "smart" hack into his anti-clone policy - the clone appears to work but marks interface internally as "clone". When this 'clone' mark is identified, do_shit() function is invoked which spoils Long Codings and offsets DTC numbers, etc

Never used clone VCDS and don't plan on ever doing so.
