2007 Honda Odyssey Cluster problem

Hi everyone first time posting here seeking some knowledge.
So I'm working on a 2007 odyssey cluster in Kilometers the problem
that this cluster has is that the check engine light will not light up, I check and the
Led is present, when I removed the cluster I did noticed that some wires frome the
Plug where cut and put back together, I also check the pc board and there is no cut traces, any idea's anyone?. Thanks in advance
