I am dumping the mts3100 by byte. and can actually read the cards instead of the bins here. I have been able to serial in to the tester and can finally dump the cards at 115k.

I have 5 cards with 13.3a toyota and a 10.0a toyota and 12.2 bosch and 5.1 vetronix. What is the secret with getting the application download manager to work?

here is teaser of the dump. Had the 13.3a toyota oem card in there. am dumping all the cards from the full handheld, not just a program card, so all the data is completely readable. I also see the "keys" or how they are scrambling the cards as well. lets collab.
