Renault Clio MK2 / SYMBOL AC automatic panel problem

Hello to all. Does some one know what can be the problem with automatic climate control panel ( 8200531471 ) on clio mk2 / symbol.
No blower motor speed regulation, no flap regulation, no AC compressor clutch control. Panel is supplied with all power lines and ground lines ( checked on wiring diagram given from dealer service ). Panel is lighting up and all buttons indicate pressing, temp control is showing from 19 to 25 degrees, air speed is regulating on screen of panel.

Try second hand panel - same problem
second hand blower motor - same problem
second hand and NEW electronic resistor - same problem

The panel is like working but no output of panel. If some one hade problems like this please help, fault code in AC diag made with lunch are 6G ( FAN unit 2 Control circuit, open circuit )

Hello to all. Is this the heater matrix temperature sensor or in car temperature sensor ?
