I need help BMW 740D F01

Hi Guys i need help, i have a BMW 740d F01 diesel with stock 306 ps
i would like to DPF/EGR delete my car...but i need to disable them in my ecu and i really dont know how.
I've seen some "Files" but what can i do with em and how can i install them?
Im pretty new to the ECU and Chiptuning thing so please be gentle with me

you need some tuning tool (KESS, New Genius, pcmflash, kt200, fc200, hexprog, etc.) to read your original DDE file and then write moded file back...
