    Default Caramel in a Pressure Cooker

    Simple and good.

    Take a can Sweetened Condensed Milk and remove the label. Then remove the top and cover with aluminum foil. Put approximately 6 cups of water in the pressure cooker (instant pot), so it is 1/2 inch from top of can, seal the lid and set the timer to 40 minutes on high. When time is up quick release the pressure for light caramel or let pressure release normal for darker caramel. Stir well and enjoy.
