Hello friends , Kia Sportage SL 2011 all needles on instrument cluster wont work,
lighting,indicators, and other lights work. Customer says that sometimes it starts to work again so it's intermittent issue but for last month it didn't work.
Car has no fault codes, I got diagram from kia gds and checked all grounds and powers,
measured can c and can b with osciloscope they look alright.
Opened cluster checked for cold solder and measured caps, mosfets for short and 5 and 3.3 v voltage regulators they all output good readins and none are shorted.
Is there anything else to check.

Cluster is original and eeprom there is nothing changed only if eeprom could be corrupt ?
