IO terminal please help

So i recently made the purchase of genuine io terminal. I have tried to read Transit custom BCM 2019 part number KK3T-15604-FAL however it always responds with “CAN rx frame could not receive can frame “.

I have checked and double checked connections and all are good, I have been advised that io terminal cannot read this bcm year is this true ?

The reason i ask is i hope i haven’t got a faulty hardware unit and i have seen adds to clone this exact part number.

Is their a different tool or have any of you guys had success with this model year/part number

use resistor between CAN line
