Octavia 2 cruise control after gearbox swap not working

Hello,

I recently swapped my 2008 Skoda Octavia 1.9tdi BXE's 5 speed out with a KBL 5 speed longer ratio's gearbox from a seat leon 2 1.9tdi ecomotive (BLS).

Everything is running great except cruise control. It works in on all gears except 4 and 5 gear.

I've tried to code 6 speed in Vcds but it gave me "error 31". It's an EDC16U34 ecu.

Can anyone please help or give any suggestions?
