Default Should I write dpf off file before removing dpf?

The title explains it all. Should I remove dpf then write the dpf off file or vice versa? Whats the difference and what are the problems that you can face.

Does not matter, just don't drive to much with dpf off file if the dpf is not removed

Thanks a lot bro. Can you do me a favor and check if this file has dpf and egr disabled?
    Car: Seat Altea 2008 1.9 TDI 77kw
    ECU: edc16u31/34
File read with kess v2 clone from obd port
This is the car I just bought and it has black smoke a little bit when I accelerate. I guess they disabled the egr and dpf not sure tho. Thanks for helping again
