Help with electrical component

Hello everybody,
i am having an issue with my bosch diesel test bench and and electrical component.
a friend of mine who is an electrician told me the attached picture component is faulty.
can somebody help me find a compatible part as a replacement??
also attached you can see the electrical diagram of the bench, can somebody help me identify the part in the diagram???
