Question Total Noob Needing Help ...

    Hi All,

so i have an Audi A5 B8 3.0 tdi quattro and im looking to tune it.

Nothing special just a stage one map. Is it worth me paying £300 for a superchips remap or is anyone on here able to help

I have brought a rosstech cable for reading codes but it sounds like you can read the ecu with it?

Typical stage one map brings it from 240bhp to 300bhp

I'm sure i sound silly to all you pros but any advice/help is apprieciated

rosstech only reads errors, it's for diagnosis, you can't read flash, for stg1 you need to read flash

This will be the EDC17 ECU, best way would be to BDM this ECU yourself ready for editing or you can simply send the ECU to a trusted tuner and have them do it for you.

    Thanks+Rep If I helped you!
