Default audi a4 2005 dash swap

Audi a4 2005 2.0 tdi. Dash is dead, on ACC only esp and airbag light, not start.
Dash is 8E0 920 900R bosch. New dash with same numbers works ok, but need to code to car. Tried to write ori dump 24c08, but got DEF and ERROR on display. Is it possible to transfer data from dumps?

I tried VAG eeprom programmer 1.19 - starts to read and stop with message 'can't read blocked area' or something like that.
Few month ago I had same situation with similar rb8 dash, but this 8E0 920 900R is different.

Solved with xtool, but tried carprog too - you were right, it can read/write immo data. Thanks
